Kler-Vu Farm was started in 1909 by T. Harry Cuff. At this time the farm had 175 acres and 25 cows. In 1927 a new barn was built and the herd grew to 35 cows. When Harry Cuff died in 1939, his wife, Eva M Cuff continued the farm with the help of hired workers.
In 1944 Carl Gillette married Jeanette Cuff and started to operate the farm. Carl cleared many acres of land and expanded the herd to 45 cows. Tom Gillette took over the farm in 1970 and added registered Holstein cattle. The farm had cattle sale at 75 and 100 years.
The first Ayrshire cattle came to the farm in 1998. The farm has 8 bulls in A.I., and has bred 11 All-American Award Winners.
